The Fisk University Container Dorms offer unique on-campus housing for Fisk University students, featuring 50 double-stacked modular units. Each 320-square-foot unit accommodates two students, adding 100 beds to support the growing student population. The 40-foot-long containers are arranged in blocks of four, stacked two units high and two units wide, with wooden staircases providing access to the second-floor dormitories. The exteriors are designed in solid blue and gold, reflecting the school’s spirit colors. Inside, the units are outfitted with wood-like flooring, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, and contemporary finishes.
