Jared Bradley, AIA, NCARB, seeks to create boundary-pushing concepts that fuel the evolution of built environments. With over 20 years of experience, Jared has grown to understand the value of designing with wellbeing and space-making in mind.
The firm’s clean, modern, and progressive concepts celebrate their local communities and showcase architecture as an art form. His imaginative and progressive designs have guided the firm’s approach to development. His scope encompasses building types and uses, diverse housing and transportation options, transformation within existing neighborhoods, and community engagement. Jared has accumulated an extensive background in architecture, urban planning, land acquisitions, real estate development, financing, general contracting, and asset management. He has expertise ranging from single and multifamily residential developments to high-end restaurants, hospitality, retail, mass transit, medical, educational and institutional projects.
Ashley Bradley, VP/CFO, plays an integral part in the success of the vertically-integrated organization. A jack of all trades, Ashley manages the day-to-day operations of the architecture and development companies, and with Scott DeLano on the construction side. As the clearing house for all development management issues, Ashley handles financial and project management on a per-project basis. A strong multitasker, decision-maker, and collaborator, she is also responsible for spearheading contracts, billing, budgets, marketing, and overseeing the overlapping interests of the three companies to ensure all details are considered.
Scott DeLano, Principal of Certified Construction Services, brings 25 years of field and project management experience building educational institutions, hospitality, multifamily projects, medical/facilities, restaurant/service industry projects, and historical restoration work in Michigan and throughout the South.
He’s known for his commitment to building and maintaining relationships with clients, designers, subcontractors, and project partners. He has a reputation for finding valuable solutions to keep projects on budget and schedule and deliver on commitments.
Andy relocated to Nashville from Los Angeles, where he spent nearly a decade focused on progressive, high-end luxury projects with McClean Design in Orange County. He brings expertise in large, complicated, program-based projects that require a hyper-focus on detail and documentation. His quiet personality, coupled with a larger than life presence, is a reflection of his architectural approach. Andy leads the team in project design, documentation, and project management. Andy has had a knack for architecture from the start––from sketching, building models with toys, to family members encouraging him to become an architect, Andy was destined to work in architecture and design. He has both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in architecture and is currently pursuing national licensure.
Tim worked in many construction roles growing up, including AC repair, roofing, fire and flood damage, and installing oversized ductwork. After four years of art classes in high school, Tim pursued a college degree in art. He realized that architecture perfectly combined his art background with his construction experience, providing him with the creative process of design with the bonus of physically engaging with the design in a three-dimensional experience.
Tim loves the everyday challenge of the job, accompanied by the large breadth of projects that help him stretch the limits of creativity and imagination. Working at The Bradley Projects, Tim credits his team for their like-minded passion for the process as well as their ability to support a collaborative effort. In his role, Tim is involved in all aspects of the process: from design and development through construction documentation and observation. Tim spends time outdoors with his three sons, camping, hiking, and rock climbing in his free time.
Jay Slaughter, Project Manager, offers more than ten years of field and construction management experience, including onsite and offsite project operations on several award-winning commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, and restaurant/service industry construction projects.
He excels at understanding clients’ needs and meets them while delivering a project on time and within budget. Jay’s commitment to excellence is reflected in every project he manages.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Concrete Industry Management from Middle Tennessee State University. Rob has successfully managed projects with budgets ranging from $500K to $15M. His desire to provide the owners with strong, budget-minded project management services is unmatched. He is driven to ensure his projects are on time, under budget, and with only the highest quality.
Gina joined the Certified Construction Services team in 2018. Day to day, Gina organizes project documents and correspondence for our team, citing the creation of reports and excel pivots to query data detail as her favorite part of the job. With keen attention to detail, she is responsible for handling issues of subcontracts and purchase orders, key vendor documents, tracking project documents, project billings, project close-out, and managing warranties.
Charlie graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. He has successfully managed projects in 32 states consisting of new construction, retail, municipal, medical, restaurants, historic restoration, and renovation projects. Charlie is detail- and relationship-oriented and works to keep all team members up to date with accurate status updates on project budget and schedule timelines. Capable of taking any project from initial conception to completion, Charlie tackles projects through conceptual estimates, design, value engineering, and project budgeting to facilitate an easy turnover. Charlie treats each project as if it was his own, striving to put together the right project team of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure a successful project for all involved.
Pierre is a California native with 30 years of experience working on various project types, including multiple prisons, a sheriff’s office, a courthouse, and a music city center. Additionally, Pierre has played a critical role in the remodel of a legislative plaza and several multi-family homes. Pierre handles contractors’ schedules and manages quality control on projects with a passion for the company’s family-oriented nature.
Kevin Launius, Superintendent, is a former 1st battalion Gunny Sgt. Recon Marine started his career in construction as a millwright working in paper mills. Eventually, Kevin became a superintendent, project manager, and construction manager for refineries and compressor stations for oil and gas and large-scale utility and grid solar projects. Kevin then found his place at Certified Construction Services, where he says he loves working for a small company, one where everyone is a name and not a number but large enough to leave a footprint with each project.
Kevin is responsible for every part of a project; he opens the site every morning, coordinates the sub’s work, and addresses any issues that arise throughout the day. Kevin also coordinates the work efforts of the assistant superintendent, project controls, and direct labor.
Wally Robertson, Superintendent, was born and raised in Middle Tennessee. Throughout his life, Wally pursued different kinds of construction work; after owning and operating a custom cabinet shop for 28 years, he ventured out into the commercial side of construction as a master trim carpenter. Shortly after, he was offered a Superintendent position at another company, where he worked for a year before finding his home at Certified Construction Services.
Wally found a strong foundation at Certified that strives to marry quality products with customer satisfaction, a common goal that brings the team together as a family. Though Wally’s duties as a Superintendent vary, he often calls upon his skilled background to problem solve to accomplish a desired result, which he credits as the most rewarding part of the job. In his free time, you can find Wally at his at-home shooting range; he recently started competing in NRL22 shooting competitions!
Zach DeLano, Superintendent, is a recent Austin Peay State University graduate. Day to day, Zach schedules subcontractors, assisting them with executing their work while communicating with project owners and maintaining site safety. Crediting the strong family foundation of Certified as one of his favorite parts of the company, Zach enjoys tackling the unexpected at each job site, navigating challenges and exercising critical thinking to bring projects to life. When he’s not on-site, Zach takes his two dogs (a beagle and a black lab) on hikes and walks in Tennessee’s many state parks.
Matt Willis, Jobsite Crewmember, graduated from trade school as a certified welder before entering the Navy. Upon leaving the service, Matt took on various trade positions around the country, including jobs as a welder, sheet metal worker, and pipe fitter. Eventually, feeling the family atmosphere at Certified, Matt joined the crew. Something you may not know about Matt is that he used to play baritone saxophone in a community college orchestra!
Mike Easley was born in Memphis before moving to Nashville and pursuing a career with the Certified family. Though each day brings something new, Mike’s primary focus is assisting superintendents to ensure jobs run smoothly, tackling various tasks each day to keep each project on track. Mike’s favorite part of CCS is the family-oriented atmosphere; he’s the proud grandpa to five grandchildren!
Kelly was born and raised in Nashville. Kelly attended Volunteer State Community College, where she earned an associate’s degree in applied science with an emphasis on medical practice management. Additionally, Kelly has a certificate in medical coding and a certificate in medical payment reimbursement. After being a stay-at-home mom with her three children, Kelly joined Certified’s team in her first position since working in the medical industry.
Though the construction industry was new to her, Kelly has grown to love the field after almost three years and recently received her OSHA 30-hour construction certification. She is particularly passionate about job site safety, which she attributes to her medical background—she likes to make sure people are healthy and feeling good. When she’s not taking care of my family and working, Kelly loves all things artsy, especially drawing with colored pencils, charcoal, and watercolors. She also loves good food –– you can find her enjoying Nashville’s many excellent restaurants and cooking!
Rob ignited his career in construction while in college. As Superintendent, Rob coordinates schedules, maintains safety at the job site, and works and learns from people with different construction backgrounds. Rob enjoys sorting, learning, and understanding the steps and materials that compose each project––he learns something new every day on the job. When he’s not on-site with the team, Rob plays with his English bulldog and goes for rides on his motorcycle.
Mark LaVine, Superintendent at Certified Construction Services, has unique and varied life experiences that have led him to be a part of the CCS family. After traveling the Pro Rodeo Circuit as a rodeo cowboy, Mark was injured and pivoted his career to become a carpenter. Working his way up to superintendent, following in his father’s footsteps, Mark eventually became a commercial superintendent, running projects up to 25mm.
In 2001, Mark obtained his general contractors license and successfully built government- type projects in Middle Tennessee. After over 30 years in the construction industry, Mark is back doing what he enjoys most, constructing buildings from the ground up and producing a product he can be proud of. After a long career in construction, Mark says CCS is by far the best company he’s ever worked for, and he’s proud to be a member of their team.
Scott Young, Superintendent at Certified Construction Services, joined the team with 21 years of background in the military and construction industry. Scott handles planning, safety, and monitoring across CCS’ project portfolio. Crediting the team as a source of inspiration, Scott believes the company’s positive work environment and structure has set him up for success.

Riley Tindall, Assistant Superintendent at Certified Construction Services, attended Middle Tennessee State University and graduated with an aviation management degree in airport management. Riley then
operated a county airport as a project manager, budget director, and county aviation director.
After joining the team, Riley found a passion for photographing job sites, utilizing drones to capture aerial shots and videos of the different sites. In his role, Riley completes daily reports, captures drone footage, and oversees job sites when the Superintendent is not present. Something you may not know is that Riley was a member of a youth symphony for seven years!
James Pridgeon, Assistant Superintendent at Certified Construction Services, is a United States Army Veteran who originally established his career in the trucking and logistics industry. After connecting with CCS Principal Scott DeLano, James joined the team, taking pride in his work toward building quality homes for Nashville residents.
James makes sure each job site operates safely, ensures the plans are followed, and pays attention to details. James also makes sure subcontractors are supplied with the material necessary to do the job and clerical duties, including the compilation of detailed daily reports to share with the Certified team, banks, and investors. You can find James riding motorcycles or playing the piano when he’s not on the job.
Derrick Hay, Superintendent at Certified Construction Services, began working in the construction industry at the age of 15, growing and building his knowledge of the field as much as possible throughout his career. After serving in the United States military, Derrick returned to construction, taking on various superintendent and project management roles.
Day-to-day, Derrick executes each phase of a project, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded throughout construction, crediting problem-solving as his favorite aspect of the job. Fun fact: Derrick plays acoustic guitar and sings in his free time when he’s not restoring classic cars!
Sam Adkisson, Project Architect, at The Bradley Projects, was inspired to pursue a career in architecture early on, following in his father’s and older brother’s footsteps. After receiving his master’s degree in architecture and design from Harvard University, Sam became licensed in New York City.
In his role at The Bradley Projects, Sam undertakes a variety of architecture and master planning efforts while assisting leadership with early real estate development tasks. Sam values working with the diverse team at The Bradley Projects, citing a particular interest in witnessing the early sketches of a project come to fruition in the finished product. Sam has deep roots in the development of Nashville –– one of his ancestors helped to establish WSM radio and the Grand Ole Opry.
