Delux WeHo is set to bring exciting changes to 4th Avenue South in Nashville, Tennessee. Located in the heart of Wedgewood-Houston, known as WeHo, the project will be within walking distance of Nashville’s premier soccer stadium and the neighborhood’s shops and restaurants. Delux WeHo includes 134 luxury apartments featuring studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, along with 6,000 square feet of street-front retail space. A two-story underground parking structure will accommodate residents, guests, and local shoppers. Resident amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, wellness center with an infrared sauna, community lounge, BBQ area, and dog park. Situated on a challenging site with nearly 20 feet of grade change, the design takes advantage of the terrain to create a terraced building carved directly into the land, offering unobstructed views of downtown Nashville’s skyline. The units feature expansive windows and natural light, immersing residents in an urban oasis. The exterior design reflects its surroundings, with dark detailing on the back to nod to the adjacent railroad tracks and a birch white façade with cantilevers at the front. Delux also features a vibrant urban plaza with active retail along the sidewalk, creating a welcoming space for residents, visitors, and passersby. The project was completed in May 2026.
